No two operations are the same.
The experience normally unfolds over four days, but the content is bespoke. We begin with the people: your relationships, appetite for challenge and reason for coming. From there we choose the estate, specialists, disciplines and narrative that will make the experience yours.

Tradecraft
Learn from former specialists through surveillance, protection, negotiation and awareness exercises. The emphasis is not performance. It is judgement.

Training gives way to a live, unfolding mission. Information is incomplete, objectives compete and every team must decide what—and whom—to trust.

Extraction
The operation closes with a final debrief, recognition and departure. What happened stays with the group. What you discovered stays with you.
One world, many layers
The experience never quite stops.
A bartender may know more than they appear to. A message may arrive beneath a dinner plate. Poker can become an exercise in reading people; a walk across the estate can become surveillance. Exceptional food, music, black tie and time to breathe are not pauses in the experience. They are part of it.
